White & Case Advises Strike, LLC on Its Sale to American Industrial Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Strike, LLC ("Strike"), a leading full-service pipeline, facilities, and energy infrastructure solutions provider, on the successful sale of substantially all of its assets to an affiliate of American Industrial Partners for over US$115 million plus the assumption of certain liabilities. The sale will allow Strike to continue in its new, streamlined form, deliver better and more reliable service to its customers, and support its employees’ continued success and career development.
