Overview

Laura Garr is a Partner in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group with a focus on complex civil litigation. With extensive experience in cross-border contract and business disputes, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to her practice. Her legal expertise includes effective and creative solutions for private credit lenders, including loan enforcement, contract disputes, covenant violations, fraud and misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duties, lender liability, and lien priority. Laura also represents major debtors and creditors in high-profile bankruptcies and adversary proceedings. Additionally, Laura has a successful track record in complex estate-related litigation.

Beyond her litigation practice, Laura is actively involved with the firm's Global Sustainability & Responsible Business Practice and has a robust pro bono practice with a focus on advancing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
