White & Case advises Carlyle on acquisition of majority stake in Incubeta

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised The Carlyle Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in international digital marketing agency Incubeta Holdings International Limited.

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in London, Incubeta has more than 800 people working across 22 offices worldwide and is one of a select few globally certified Google Marketing Platform partners. The investment will support and accelerate Incubeta's international growth plan through the development of their existing services and commercial operations.
