He has acted for local and international as well as listed and unlisted clients in a variety of industries, including a number of prominent mining clients.

Sandile's experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions transactions, general corporate commercial matters, company law related work and conducting due diligence investigations.

Prior to joining White & Case, Sandile was an associate at a leading South African law firm.
