Aishwarya Jha

Aishwarya is dual-qualified in England & Wales and the Republic of Ireland, and advises on all aspects of UK and EU privacy and data protection law and regulation.

Aishwarya has meaningful experience of working with clients in the EU, UK and US. She spent time on a legal secondment at the Irish Data Protection Commission in 2021, and has had significant exposure to the regulatory regimes for data protection and cybersecurity in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
