White & Case advises A.P. Moller Capital on acquisition of Vector Logistics from RCL Foods

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised A.P. Moller Capital, a fund management company focused on infrastructure investments, on the acquisition of 100 percent of Vector Logistics, South Africa’s leading frozen logistics operator and wholly owned subsidiary of Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed RCL Foods.
The acquisition will enable Vector Logistics to expand its supply chain expertise and logistics services to meet growing demand in Africa. Completion is subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities and the South African Reserve Bank.
Founded in 2017, A.P. Moller Capital is an affiliate of A.P. Moller Holding and was established to manage stand-alone alternative investment funds focusing on infrastructure in growth markets. It is regulated by the Danish Financial Supervision Authority.
