Overview

Domenico Fanuele is an Italian and New York qualified lawyer with over 25 years of experience in public and private M&A, Capital Markets, real assets and strategic joint ventures. 

Domenico regularly assists investment banks, corporate clients, property companies and private equity funds in a number of sectors - including financial services, real assets, private capital and industrial.

Domenico is a recognized member of the Council for the Relations between Italy and the United States. He was included twice among the 30 most powerful lawyers in Italy by GQ Magazine and was recognized twice as one of the best 50 Italian lawyers by the Italian legal publication Legalcommunity. In 2016, he was recognized as one of the 40 most influential lawyers under the age of 50 in Italy by Top Legal. In 2023, he was named "Italian Lawyer of the Year" by the same publication. Domenico is also highly regarded in M&A by IFLR1000 2024.
