White & Case advises Kryalos on acquisition of Forum Palermo shopping center

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Kryalos SGR on the acquisition of the Forum Palermo shopping center.

Kryalos made the acquisition through the newly established Sun fund, which is primarily subscribed by funds managed by Hayfin Capital Management and was created to explore investment opportunities in the retail sector. The transaction marks Sun’s first acquisition.

Forum Palermo is a highly significant commercial asset, spanning approximately 50,000 square meters and located approximately six kilometers southeast of Palermo’s city center. The complex features a shopping mall, a multiplex cinema, and an independent commercial structure known as Baglio Villa.

The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction included partner Domenico Fanuele, local partner Davide Cavazzana, associate Camilla Zanetti and lawyer Francesco Speciale.
