Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised international investor Hines and the consortium formed with private equity firm Clessidra on their investment in Human Company, a Florence-based leader in open-air tourism in Italy.
The purpose of the transaction is to support the Human Company's business plan, which proposes growth through the construction and opening of new facilities in Italy and the acquisition of other existing facilities.
The entire transaction is valued at approximately €120 million and is expected to complete by the end of 2024, subject to the usual customary closing conditions.
The White & Case team in Milan that advised on the transaction included partner Domenico Fanuele, local partner Giovanni Cirelli, associate Camilla Zanetti and lawyer Francesco Speciale.
