Overview
Benedict Tansey is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. He is a member of our EMEA Private Equity team.
Benedict focuses on advising leading private equity sponsors and other financial investors on a range of cross-border acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, minority and growth capital investments.
In 2021, Benedict was seconded to Bain Capital Private Equity's European legal team.
In 2019, Benedict was seconded to Advent International's European legal team.
Prior to joining White & Case, Benedict worked at a leading international law firm in London.
