White & Case advises Nordic Capital on acquisition of Anaqua

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordic Capital on its entry into exclusive negotiations to acquire a controlling interest in Anaqua.

Nordic Capital is a leading sector-specialised private equity investor. Since inception in 1989, Nordic Capital has invested €26 billion in close to 150 investments.

Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, and with offices across Europe and Asia, Anaqua is a leading provider of innovation and intellectual property management technology solutions and services.

Relevant staff representatives are being consulted according to applicable laws and, subject to approval from the relevant regulatory and antitrust authorities, closing could occur by the first quarter of 2025.
