White & Case advises Nordic Capital on joint investment in Max Matthiessen

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordic Capital on its agreed joint investment with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board in Max Matthiessen.

Nordic Capital is a leading sector-specialised private equity investor. Since inception in 1989, Nordic Capital has invested €26 billion in close to 150 investments.

Max Matthiessen provides pension, insurance and wealth management solutions for employers, entrepreneurs and individuals.

The investment is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to complete in the first half of 2025.
