White & Case advises Ramudden Global on acquisition of Curtin and Carolina Traffic Devices

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ramudden Global, a portfolio company of Triton Fund IV, on its acquisition of Curtin Co., LLC and Carolina Traffic Devices, LLC (Curtin), a leading North American provider of traffic management solutions.

The acquisition of Curtin strengthens Ramudden Global's position in road and urban safety infrastructure, particularly enhancing its reach in key markets across Southeastern United States.

Ramudden Global is a leading provider of infrastructure safety solutions, with more than 5,500 employees across 13 countries and annual sales exceeding €1 billion. The company was formed by Triton in 2020 through the combination of its portfolio companies Ramudden, Chevron, AVS and Fero Group.

Curtin is a full-service subcontractor participating in projects in the heavy highway industry specializing in installing temporary concrete barrier, temporary impact attenuators, temporary glare screen, quick move barrier, permanent impact attenuators, permanent barrier gates, single faced barrier, shoulder drain installation and concrete rehab.
