Serena Howard
Biography
Overview
Serena Howard is an Associate in the Private Equity team in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London.
She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of private equity transactions, including complex cross-border acquisitions, disposals, investments, equity structuring and other general corporate matters.
Serena joined White & Case in 2022 and has completed a secondment to Blackstone and a six-month secondment to the firm's Stockholm office.

Representation of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on the sale of its 50% shareholding in Höegh Evi to Igneo Infrastructure Partners.
Representation of Ramudden Global, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company on its acquisition of RSG International, a leading North American provider of infrastructure safety services.
