Biography
Overview
Serena Howard is an Associate in the Private Equity team in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London.
She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of private equity transactions, including complex cross-border acquisitions, disposals, investments, equity structuring and other general corporate matters.
Serena joined White & Case in 2022 and has completed a secondment to Blackstone Credit and a six-month secondment to the firm's Stockholm office.
Experience
Representation of Triton Partners on the acquisition of utilities contractor OCU Group Limited, a leading UK multi-utility services specialist operating within regulated infrastructure.
Representation of Bluewater on the acquisition of Stanley Oil & Gas by Pipeline Technique, a Bluewater portfolio company.
Representation of Nordic Capital portfolio company Trustly on the acquisition of Ecospend Technologies.
Representation of Antin Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of a smart grid provider.
Representation of Macquarie on multiple acquisitions and disposals.
Representation of The Carlyle Group on establishment of a new business platform.
Representation of EQT on various corporate matters.
Representation of MidEuropa on multiple corporate matters.
Representation of Vue International on its successful recapitalisation. Vue International secured 100 per cent lender consent to the recapitalisation steps, enabling a fully consensual implementation exercise, as part of which the ownership of the group passed to its senior lenders in exchange for a discharge of approximately £470 million of debt.
