White & Case advises Pollen Street Capital on intended acquisition of Etops Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Pollen Street Capital (PSC) on its intended acquisition of Etops Group AG (Etops Group).

As part of the transaction, all Etops Group shareholders agreed to reinvest into the group holding company.

PSC is a private capital asset manager with more than £4.2 billion assets under management across private equity and credit strategies on behalf of investors including public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations, asset managers, banks and family offices from around the world.

Etops Group is a Switzerland-based provider of software solutions and business process outsourcing services in the wealth management sector.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partner Sebastian Pitz and local partner Johannes Goossens and included local partner Mathias Bogusch and associates Agmal Bahrami, Alexander Herzog, Konstantin Huber, Jan Ditrich, Leon Hoffeller, Andreas Klein, Alexander Bijok, Daniel Stübbe and Justus Redeker.
