Andreas primarily advises on national and cross-border M&A transactions, venture capital financings and corporate law matters.
Prior to joining the Firm as an Associate, Andreas gained professional experience as a legal trainee in the Firm‘s Frankfurt and Düsseldorf office. He studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz.
