Daniel Stübbe

Daniel Stübbe advises clients on technology matters with a special focus on Intellectual Property (IP), Information Technology (IT) and data privacy.

His practice includes advising on technology-driven M&A transactions, designing and negotiating contracts related to technology transfers and outsourcing, as well as assisting clients with compliance concerning German and European data protection and international data transfers.

Prior to joining White & Case as an Associate, Daniel Stübbe worked as a trainee lawyer in the firm's Frankfurt and New York offices and as a research assistant at another renowned law firm.
