Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the companies of the Naos Hôtel Groupe on the judicial reorganization proceedings opened at the end of 2023 regarding the parent company and its subsidiaries, discussions with its key strategic partners and creditors, and the sale of its high-end hotel assets.
In several decisions on December 6, 2024, the Commercial Court of Poitiers approved the takeover of the Naos Hôtel Groupe's portfolio of 13 four- and five-star hotels operated under the Hilton and Marriott brands in France by various buyers, including ICG, Westmont Hospitality, Ferré Hôtels, LRO Hospitality and Atypio Invest.
