Overview

Louis Gibon is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity department of White & Case in Paris.

His practice focuses on corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings. He represents distressed companies and groups, as well as shareholders and investment funds, in complex financial and legal restructurings, both "in court" and "out of court".

Louis also advises clients in traditional private equity and M&A transactions.

Louis joined the Firm in October 2023 from an international law firm in Paris, where he was an associate in the restructuring department.
