Overview

Claire Sardet is is an associate in the Tax department of White & Case in Paris.

Claire's practice focuses on all aspects of international and domestic taxation and primarily on tax aspects of private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, group structure reorganizations and financings. Claire's practice also includes tax litigations and estate planning.

Claire joined the Firm in January 2020, and before that, she worked for an international law firm in Paris.
