
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited and a syndicate of lenders on a US$190 million revolving reserve-based lending financing, with an accordion option of up to US$300 million, made available to VAALCO Energy, Inc., a Texas-based leading Africa-focused oil and gas operating company, secured by its assets in Gabon, Egypt and Côte d'Ivoire.
