"David Tayler is very good. He's rational. He has a good sense for not just legal concepts, but what is going to function in the deal and what is a feasible middle ground."
"I'd like to raise the added value that he provided by being knowledgeable of the law in Sweden and England. He had a broad view on the advice he gave us, and he showed great expertise and knowledge both on the commercial and legal aspects of the financing. What I really like is also that David Tayler is not a partner but a senior counsel. He was involved in every aspect of the advice and worked with us which I really liked; he was so involved in every step."
