Overview
Ana Louise is an international law clerk in the Project Development and Finance group based in Houston. Ana Louise focuses on domestic and international corporate and commercial finance transactions, including the full spectrum of project finance, reserve-based lending and acquisition finance and other debt and structured finance transactions. She has also spent significant time in the Firm's London and New York offices.

Representation of Cheniere on the US$2 billion combined unsecured and senior secured refinancing of the Sabine Pass LNG project in Louisiana.
Representation of Orbia on financing arrangements for the US$850 DOE-grant supported joint venture with Solvay for the largest polyvinylidene fluoride ("PDVF") battery material production facilities in North America.
Representation of Société Générale on the US$200 million senior secured financing to Ridgewood Energy for the King's Quay floating production system in the US Gulf of Mexico.
Latin America
Representation of commercial lenders on the US$2 acquisition refinancing of the TAG gas pipeline in Brazil. This deal won "Latin America Refinancing Deal of the Year" by Proximo 2024.
Representation of commercial lenders on the US$544 million acquisition financing of the Norte Capixaba oil field in Brazil by Seacrest.
Representation of commercial lenders on the renegotiation and restructuring of two existing syndicated loan facilities and US$300 million additional financing for hydrocarbon exports and hydrocarbon purchase, storage and transport prior to sale and export from Brazil.
Representation of commercial lenders on the US$665 million reserve-based lending acquisition financing of the Pampo and Enchova oil fields Brazil by Trident Energy. This was the first reserve-based lending in Brazil and won "Latin America Upstream Oil & Gas Deal of the Year" by IJGlobal 2020.
