White & Case Advises Fusion Acquisition Corp. in US$2.4 Billion Merger with MoneyLion

Global law firm White & Case LLP advised Fusion Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), on a merger with leading digital financial platform MoneyLion, which would result in MoneyLion becoming a publicly listed company. The combined company will have an estimated post-transaction enterprise value of US$2.4 billion.

Last year, White & Case advised Fusion on its US$350 million initial public offering of 35 million units at a price of US$10.00 per unit, including 4.5 million units issued pursuant to the exercise of the underwriters' overallotment option.
