Biography
Overview
Graham is an associate in the Debt Finance practice of White & Case's New York office. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with a variety of domestic and global finance transactions, including secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, investment-grade financings, asset-based loans and leveraged acquisition financings.
Graham is also an active member of the Firm's US LIBOR Transition Task Force, and has assisted clients with loan portfolio remediation, documentation updates, and other transition-related activities.

Representation of Avast Software, a global leader in the security software industry, as borrower, in connection with the financing arrangements for its US$1.3 billion acquisition of AVG Technologies, a developer of business, mobile and PC device security software applications, by way of a public tender offer. Credit Suisse International acted as administrative agent and collateral agent, with Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Jefferies Finance LLC, UBS Securities LLC, Bank Of America Merrill Lynch International Limited and Société Générale as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners.
