Overview
Dianne M. Lu is a Counsel in the Global M&A Practice Group and a member of the Real Estate Industry Group, based in the Chicago office. Dianne's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and office and retail leasing. Dianne represents lenders and borrowers in connection with asset based loans and credit facilities. Her experience also includes real estate joint ventures and development.

Fusion Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: FUSE), a SPAC, in its US$2.2 billion business combination with MoneyLion Inc., America's leading digital financial platform.
FG New America Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: FGNA), a SPAC, in its US$800 million business combination with Opportunity Financial, LLC, a leading financial technology platform that focuses on helping middle income, credit-challenged consumers build a better financial path through affordable personal loans.
AutoLotto, Inc., a leading platform to play the lottery online, in its US$526 million business combination with Trident Acquisitions Corp. (NASDAQ: TDACU, TDAC, TDACW), a SPAC.
QH Oil Investments LP, an affiliate of Qatar Investment Authority, on its investment in the US$230 million Series B fundraising of Tessera Therapeutics, Inc., an early-stage life sciences company founded by Flagship Pioneering that is pioneering Gene Writing, which was co-led by Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation, Altitude Life Science Ventures, and SoftBank Vision Fund 2.
