White & Case advises on five percent share capital sale of Recordati through €600 accelerated bookbuild

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Rossini S.à.r.l., controlled by CVC Capital Partners, on the placement of 10,500,000 ordinary shares of Recordati – Industria Chimica e Farmaceutica S.p.A., (Recordati), equal to approximately five percent of the share capital of Recordati, for a total amount of approximately €600 million.

The placement was carried out through an accelerated bookbuild offering to qualified investors.

Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and J.P. Morgan SE acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners and Deutsche Bank AG acted as joint bookrunner.
