Sophia Fotso

Sophia is an associate in the BeLux Transactional practice and the Global Debt Finance and Capital Markets practices. She is registered with the Luxembourg bar and based in Luxembourg.

Her practice mainly focuses on a broad range of financing transactions and debt capital structures, including cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings (with a focus on syndicated facilities and direct lending transactions), refinancings, bridge facilities, bank/bond financings, and other lending transactions.

Sophia holds a master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain. She also obtained a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva.
