Biography

Overview

Arnaud is an associate in the Global Tax practice in Luxembourg.

His practice mainly focuses on Luxembourg and international taxation of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment funds, corporate reorganizations, and financings. Arnaud also practices on exchange of information on tax matters (DAC6, FATCA, CRS, CbCR, exchange of information on request).

Arnaud holds a master's degree in tax law from the University of Poitiers. Prior to joining White & Case, he practiced for several years in the Tax department of an international law firm in Luxembourg.

Advising Cobepa SA, a leading Belgium-based independent private equity investor, on its acquisition of Ned Stevens, one of the leading gutter cleaning and home maintenance service providers in the United States, from AVALT.

Advising Matter Real Estate LLP in respect of the formation and launch of a pan-European real estate fund.

Advising the real estate investment boutique 777 Capital Partners in its investment in the Austrian real estate market and in its expansion of its project development portfolio by securing a project development in the premium residential real estate segment in Kitzbühel, Austria.

Advising a US group active in the seed industry, on its corporate and financing restructuring.*

Advising a European group active in the oil industry, on the restructuring of its Luxembourg activities.*

Advising private equity funds, management companies, corporates and banks on exchange of information on tax matters (DAC6, FATCA, CRS, CbCR and exchange of information on request).*
