White & Case Advises Altitude Infrastructure on Two Fiber Optic Networks Financing via AMEL

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Altitude Infrastructure THD on the financing of two fiber optic networks in the French Landes and Côte d’Or departments, via AMEL (Appels à Manifestation d’Engagements Locaux).
AMEL Landes plans to provide 105,000 additional Fiber To The Home (FTTH) accesses and AMEL Côte d'Or plans to provide an additional 57,000, which should be operational by the end of 2022.
Altitude Infrastructure is a fiber network developer which specializes in Public Initiative Networks in medium to low density areas, with nearly three million FTTH outlets in operation.
