Biography
Overview
Sarah Kouchad is is an associate in the Tax department of White & Case in Paris.
Sarah's practice focuses on all aspects of international and domestic taxation and primarily on tax aspects of private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, group structure reorganizations and financings. Sarah’s practice also includes tax litigations and estate planning.
Sarah joined the Firm in July 2019, and before that, she worked for international law firms in Paris.
