Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on the sale of its 50 percent shareholding in Höegh Evi to Igneo Infrastructure Partners.
Höegh Evi is one of the leading owner-operators of Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRUs) and Liquid Natural Gas Carrier (LNGC) vessels globally.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners George Kazakov and Ben Von Maur and included partners Will Smith, Michael Engel, Martin Forbes (all London) and Orion Berg (Paris) and associates Joshua Crawley, Serena Howard, Harry White, Oliver Wilson and Man Hay Yip (all London).
