Tishman Speyer properties
Advising Tishman Speyer on the acquisition of The Q, a shopping arcade in Berlin, Germany. The seller is a joint venture between Banco Santander and the real estate group Pontegadea. Also advising Tishman Speyer's joint venture company, Kaiserkarree, in relation to all real estate and corporate issues raised by its major development project, TaunusTurm in Frankfurt. Additionally, advising Tishman Speyer properties on the acquisition and sale of various office buildings in Germany, as well as on the formation and implementation of various joint venture structures with co-investors.

Advising Deutsche Pfandbriefbank on a credit facility for WCM Beteiligungs˗ und Grundbesitz AG in the amount of EUR 63.9 million.
