White & Case Advises Interxion: A Digital Realty Company on Acquisition of German Data Center Campus

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Interxion: A Digital Realty Company (Interxion), a leading global provider of data center services, on the acquisition of data center campus Hanauer Landstrasse in Frankfurt, Germany from IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the volume of the transaction, which has been cleared by German cartel authorities.

Interxion supports the data centre, colocation and interconnection strategies of customers across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, ranging from cloud and information technology services, communications and social networking to financial services, manufacturing, energy, healthcare and consumer products.
