White & Case advises P3 Logistic Parks on Germany logistics properties acquisition

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised P3 Logistic Parks, a developer and owner of logistics properties, on its acquisition of three fully leased German logistics properties in Hanover, Leipzig and Magdeburg with a gross leasable area of approximately 201,000 square meters. 

The properties were built in the last two years and meet current sustainability standards. 

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partner Rostyslav Telyatnykov and included partner Tim Bracksiek, local partner Patricia Galts and associates Nane Jütting, Johanna Mayer and Carsten Schreiner.
