Rachel Dougnac

Rachel Dougnac is a Senior Attorney in the Debt Finance practice and is based in the Firm's Washington, DC office. Rachel represents an array of private credit providers and has experience with a wide range of financing transactions, across a number of industries. Rachel has advised private credit clients providing minority investments in a variety of financing translations and has advised clients as US counsel on cross-border transactions.
