Overview
Nick Crawford is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
Nick advises on a broad range of corporate transactions for both domestic and international clients, including mining and energy projects, public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory.
