White & Case Advises Softbank Vision Fund II on Investment in StreamElements

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Softbank Vision Fund II on its investment as lead investor in the Series C financing of StreamElements.

"The growth in streaming and influencer marketing is a key component of growth in the technology sector and this deal solidifies White & Case’s position advising on deals in this new area."
StreamElements is an end-to-end platform for livestream and video on demand production, monetization, audience engagement, brand sponsorships, and influencer marketing. Their toolset allows them to track performance through data analytics, increase production value for their stream through graphics and effects, and generate revenue through tipping.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Dan Turgel with support from partner Marc Israel (both London), counsel Earle Miller (Los Angeles) and associates Helen Pantelides, Irina Kozlova, Nick Crawford, Francis Brown and Luc Rosenberg.
