Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Geopost SA, Europe's largest parcel delivery network and a subsidiary of La Poste Group, on the sale of its delivery platform Stuart (SRT Group) to the international investment fund Mutares.
Stuart is a European leader in urban on-demand delivery, generating over €400 million in yearly revenue.
