Marlin Heitmann

Marlin is an associate in White & Case's Dispute Resolution group in London, whose practice focuses on cross-border commercial ligitation and international arbitration. She also has experience of damages actions before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, and is a member of the London Technology Disputes team.

Marlin joined White & Case as a trainee, gaining experience in the Firm's Private Equity, Litigation, and Financial Restructuring and Insolvency groups in London, as well as the Construction Arbitration group in Dubai.
