Leticia Calbacho is an Associate in the Firm's Global M&A / Corporate Group in Madrid.
Her practice is focused on cross-border and domestic M&A and private equity transactions. She has advised in a variety of general corporate work, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, co-investments, mergers, and corporate restructurings, across different industries. She has extensive experience in managing multi-jurisdictional transactions and teams.

Providence on the sale of a 50% stake in Globeducate, a primary and secondary education provider with a network of 65 international schools across 11 countries, to Wendel for an enterprise value of c.€2 billion.
Acciona on the sale to Elawan Energy of Acciona Saltos de Agua, which operates 23 hydropower plants.
Acciona on the sale to Endesa of Corporación Acciona Hidráulica, which operates 34 hydropower plants.
Fresenius and Helios Kliniken on the acquisition Quirónsalud*.
Fresenius and Helios Health on the acquisition and subsequent divestment of Eugin Group*.
Cinven on the reinvestment in Ufinet*.
Cinven on the acquisition of Planasa*.
Meridia Capital on the divestment of a stake in the retail pet shop chain Kiwoko to Emefin*.
Meridia Capital on the acquisition of an initial stake in Vetsum, a Spanish group of pet hospitals and clinics, and in the subsequent consolidation of a controlling stake through a capital increase*.
