Overview
Lavanya Raghavan is a funds and investment management partner in our global Private Equity practice based in London.
Lavanya advises established and emerging sponsors of private funds on fund formation, co-investments, carried interest and governance arrangements. Her experience spans a range of sectors and clients, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and sustainable capital. Lavanya has advised fund managers on anchor / seeding arrangements, co-investments, GP-led liquidity processes, joint ventures, GP stakes and managed accounts. Lavanya has spent time living and working in Singapore and takes an active interest in Asian and emerging market transactions.
On the investor side, Lavanya has a depth of experience, having worked with development finance institutions, sovereign wealth funds, large corporates, fund-of funds, insurance companies and endowments.
Working extensively with a wide range of clients across asset classes and transactions gives Lavanya a nuanced understanding of and pragmatic approach towards balancing stakeholders’ differing priorities and requirements.
