Biography

Overview

Jane is counsel in our global Real Estate industry group based in London with broad experience across sectors, jurisdictions and asset classes.

Jane advises on commercial real estate-focused transactions, including landlord and tenant work, real estate portfolio management work, real estate investment acquisitions and disposals, and the property aspects of corporate and private equity transactions and cross-border transactions. Jane also has experience working on real estate financings, particularly in the hotels and leisure sector.

Jane acts for real estate investment companies, private equity funds, banks, occupiers and other stakeholders in relation to a broad spectrum of asset classes including data centres.

Before joining White & Case, Jane was an associate in the real estate team of a leading UK and international law firm.
