White & Case Advises Faurecia on Sale of Acoustics & Soft Trim business to Adler Pelzer Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Faurecia, one of the world's largest automotive equipment suppliers, on the sale of its Acoustics and Soft Trim (AST) division to the Adler Pelzer Group (APG), a worldwide leader in automotive acoustic and thermal components and systems.
The transaction will create a global leader in acoustics and soft trim.
White & Case previously advised Faurecia on the launch of its tender offer for HELLA and the acquisition of 60 percent of HELLA's shares held by the family shareholder pool.
