Biography
Overview
Harry is an associate in our M&A and Corporate practice based in London, and is a member of our EMEA Private Equity team.
Harry has experience advising financial sponsors and corporate clients on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, equity arrangements, restructurings, portfolio assistance and general corporate advisory.
Prior to joining White & Case, Harry practiced at two leading Australian law firms.

Harry's experience includes acting for:
- Anchorage Capital Partners in relation to:
- its acquisition of iconic Australian department store chain David Jones from listed South African multinational retail company Woolworths*; and
- its divestment of leading Australian child care and early learning provider Affinity Education to Quadrant Private Equity.*
- Quadrant Growth in relation to its investments in:
- enterprise learning software provider Seertech Solutions*;
- contract research organisation Southern Star Research; and
- complex electronics manufacturer and wholesaler Circuitwise*.
- Mercury Capital in relation to:
- its investment in wealth management and advisory firm Findex*; and
- its investment in waste management business Re.Group and concurrent acquisition of adjacent waste management business Polytrade*.
- Five V Capital in relation to its investment in cable and affiliated IT product wholesaler and retailer 4Cabling*.
- Sam Prince Group on its divestment of a material stake in quick-service Mexican restaurant chain Zambrero to Metric Capital Partners and Skip Capital*.
- CHAMP Ventures in relation to its divestment of leading independent aviation training service provider Ansett Aviation to a consortium consisting of Bain Credit, Arcadia Capital and Bridger Aerospace*.
