Overview
Hanna is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London and a member of the EMEA Private Equity team.
Hanna focuses on private equity acquisitions and equity investments and has experience working on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments and other corporate matters.
Hanna has also previously spent time in the firm's Paris office advising on Private Equity matters.

Representation of Macquarie Asset Management on its acquisition of a 49.9% stake in Hydro Rein, Norsk Hydro's renewable energy arm.
Representation of SoftBank Vision Fund II on its investment into AI insuretech Tractable – as lead investor in a $65m Series E financing round.
Representation of GRIDSERVE on a £200 million initial investment from Infracapital, the infrastructure equity investment arm of M&G Plc.
Representation of the investor syndicate in a $70m series B investment into Ramp, a startup that provides payment infrastructure to connect crypto and traditional finance.
