Biography
Overview
Emmanuel Chevignon is an associate in the Corporate/M&A team of White & Case in Paris.
His practice focuses on M&A and private equity transactions as well as corporate reorganizations, restructuring of distressed companies and IPOs. He is fluent in French and English.
Emmanuel advises industrials, investment funds, entrepreneurs, listed and non-listed companies, and distressed companies on domestic and cross border transactions.
Recent matters include notably M&A and private equity transactions for Orange, Nestlé and Centerbridge Partners. He was also involved in restructuring transactions such as the refinancing of Conforama.
Prior to joining the Firm in January 2019, he acquired experience in M&A and capital markets departments of several high profile law firms and in the M&A legal department of a CAC 40 company.

Representation of Ahlstrom Group on the sale of 100 percent of the Stenay paper mill to the German investment fund Accursia Capital.
Representation of healthcare property investor Icade Santé and its minority shareholders Predica, Sogecap and BNP Paribas Cardif on the sale of Icade's stake in Icade Santé to European real estate asset management platform Primonial REIM.
Representation of the shareholders of Cosfibel Group, a leading designer and manufacturer of luxury packaging, promotional products and merchandising solutions, on its sale to packaging company GPA Global.
Representation of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP), a global leader in private infrastructure equity investing, on the largest infrastructure private equity and the largest private equity deal in Germany in 2022.
Representation of Colt Technology Services, a multinational telecommunications company, on the carve-out and subsequent sale of twelve data centers across its Europe portfolio to AtlasEdge, the recently formed joint venture between Liberty Global and DigitalBridge.
Representation of the Apave Group and its shareholder GAPAVE on the investment by PAI Partners, a European private equity firm, in the capital of the Apave Group.
