White & Case advises Cosfibel Group shareholders on acquisition by GPA Global

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the shareholders of Cosfibel Group, a leading designer and manufacturer of luxury packaging, promotional products and merchandising solutions, on its sale to packaging company GPA Global.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Saam Golshani and Jean Paszkudzki (both Paris) and included partners Estelle Philippi, Alexandre Jaurett (both Paris) and Thomas Glauden (Luxembourg), local partners Philippe Hendrickx (Brussels) and Christophe Goossens (Luxembourg, Brussels) and associates Emmanuel Chevignon, Sarah Kouchad, Anaïs Caspar (all Paris) and Olivier Poinsignon (Luxembourg).
