Brady Schoenlein
Biography
Overview
Brady is an associate in the Firm's Intellectual Property group. Her practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation, counseling, and prosecution. Her litigation experience includes copyright, false advertising, patent, trademark, and trade dress matters. She has advised clients on various disputes such as music licensing and enforcement actions concerning use of music and third-party intellectual property in advertising and social media campaigns.
Brady received her law degree with a specialization in Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports Law and Policy from UCLA School of Law where she was a member of the award-winning Trial Team. Following graduation, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Liles C. Burke in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy. Before law school, Brady served as an officer in the United States Army.
Brady is admitted to practice law in California.
