Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Pan-European private equity firm Astorg on entry into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of a majority stake in Lebronze alloys in partnership with Michel Dumont, who will remain a significant shareholder and Executive Chairman of the Board.
Definitive agreements for the acquisition will be entered into after consultation with employee representative bodies. The transaction will be subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the coming months.
Lebronze alloys manufactures semi-finished and finished products in technical high-performance copper and nickel alloys.
